I {heart} Fridays

Yes it's true, I love Fridays.  Especially when it's beautiful outside.  Although this Friday started kind of ruff.  After I dropped Dahl off at school, I got straight to cleaning the house and doing laundry.  Mid-dishes the pipes under the sink broke and flooded my kitchen.  AWESOME!  I guess the only beauty of renting is when a problem like this happens you only have to make one simple call, and the landlord gets to deal with all the problems.  Luckily it was all fixed within the hour.  I was quite impressed with the speedy service.  I was able to finish all my cleaning before we got Dahl from school at noon.  Since it is Friday, I took the boys to In N Out and we went to the park for a fast food picnic.  Yummy.  Then we went and got Reid his flu shot.  No tears this time!! 

 The weekend has just stared, Reid is napping, the basketball games are on, the house is clean, the laundry is done, the boys are having fun riding bikes and playing outside.  Here's to you weekend, lets make it a good one.

Reid learned how to drink from a straw the other day.  He loves this new skill, and so do I because he can do it all by himself
