Over the past two days I have finished my quilt top. I am so so so excited to get it quilted. It always looks 1000 times better when it is all done. I have enough of this fabric left over to make another quilt. So I think I might find a different pattern so the boys can each have a blanket, but they will look a little different being different patterns. It is the perfect lap size quilts to snuggle up on the couch with and watch TV.
Ty woke up with a little scratch under his eye. When I asked him what happened he told me "Cap'in Hook scratched mine eye." He is completely convinced that Captain Hook came into his room at night and scratched him in the eye. He also thinks Wendy from Peter Pan is his Grandma Wendy. He giggles ever time she comes on screen and says "It's Wendy, like Grandma." I love this kid!!
On another note, the rain has stopped and it is bright and sunny outside again. Time to enjoy the weather because I think we have more rain coming Tuesday...yuck.
