April Fools Day

For April Fools Day we decided to go on a family outing. We were originally going to go up to Park City for breakfast but we didn't get out of the house until almost noon and Aaron had to be back by 4:00 for a class. So we went to Heber for lunch! So we packed up the kids and drove through the canyon to good old Heber. We ate lunch at Dairy Keen (burgers and fries). Dahl loved it because there is this motorized train that goes all around the roof of the restaurant. Then on our way back home we stopped at the lake so Dahl can throw rocks. (One of his favorite pass times) Most of the lake was frozen except for just around the edges so it was perfect for Dahl. Aaron would skip rocks out to the ice and they would slide across making the coolest echo sound. There were some fisherman a little ways down from us that left quickly because we were probably scaring all the fish away. We stayed there for a good hour just throwing rocks! It was a fun day.

Dahl got this dinosaur toy with his meal. He carried it everywhere for about 2 days. Then it finally broke.
