We kind of dropped the ball this year celebrating Canada Day and 4th of July. The boys wore their Canadian shirts and I made Nanaimo bars, which were delicious. That's about it. Next year we will try to do better. Not much else happen in early July. The kids dressed up for Chick-Fil-A Day, it was kind of funny. Anything for a free meal right! They also started swimming lessons at Waterloo Pool. The worst part of July is when Dahl and Ty got the worst case of chiggers. Those dang tiny bugs. I guess they learned their lesson not to go play in the grass. They were extremely itchy for days.
Rex is growing like a weed. He is just like one of the big boys now. He follows them all over the house and just wants to play like them. I love that little man.
