We made a quick road trip up to Salt Lake on the weekend, so I could run the SLC 1/2 Marathon with my dad. This was my second ever 1/2 Marathon and I beat last years time by 5 minutes. I am hoping to run it every year and improve every year. So far so good.

I MADE IT!!
Tired and SORE.
I think a 1/2 is my limit. I don't know if a full Marathon is ever in my future. We will see.

Wow! You're amazing! What a fun way to spend time with your dad. I try to do that thing with the sunglasses but find it annoying so I always end up taking them off - I need to invest in some clip-ons. Give a hug to all your boys for us!
