Opening Day

Today was Opening Day for Arcadia National Little League.  Pancake breakfast, team pictures, and Ty's first game.  Fun day.
Reid needs a uniform
Reid got his groove on, dancing to the music and wearing Dahl's glove as a hat.
This year Dahl is once again a NY Met.  He is now in the Machine Pitch division.

 2012 NY METS

Ty is officially a baseball player.  When I told him he was a Pirate he was so excited and said, "I'm on a team of PIRATES?"  YEP!!

Allison and Ty
 First game about to start
T-Ball age is 4-6 years old.  It is so cute to watch the little 4 year olds {Ty is 4}.  Some of them seem SOOO little.  Half the kids have NO clue what they are doing.  Running to 3rd instead of first, chasing after the ball after they hit it, and the whole team goes after the ball no matter where it is on the field.  Man those T-Ball coaches have a lot of patients.  Its hilarious to watch.
This little boy made a sand castle at 3rd base.  Ty was wondering what in the world he was doing.
This boy was 6, but seemed WAY older.  Look at him compared to Ty.  How are they in the same league?
 Run Ty Run

A much deserved snow cone for Ty.  Good game buddy.

This would be why people love California - sports outside in February, while here is Canada we are still enjoying sports outside just ones that require multiple layers. Good luck to Dahl and Ty this season, they look awesome in their new uniforms!
