Slow down December

December is passing by way to fast for me.  I feel like I can't keep up. This is my favorite time of year, and I wish it would slow down a little so I can enjoy it more.  Christmas is almost here.  Shopping is 95% done.  It is going to be another California Christmas for us, and we are getting overly excited for family to come into town {we are crossing fingers that no one gets sick}.  Aaron and the kids are busy with school, trying to finish the semester strong.  We all can't wait for a fun few weeks of no school, and all play.  Here is what we have been up to lately.

Ty had his school Christmas Concert.  It was really cute.  I love watching little kids sing.  It is usually hilarious at some point.   It didn't disappoint.

 Last Saturday we headed out to Redlands to look at some puppies {no we are not getting one.  Just something to do}.  They were the cutest puppies I have ever seen.  Good thing we don't have a yard, otherwise we might have left with one.  While we were out there, we hit up Cafe Rio and the Redlands Temple.

Lat week I was lucky enough to attend Ellen's 12 Days of Christmas.  It was awesome.   

Aaron had Reid's car seat in his car at school one day, so Reid got to cruise around in Ty's booster seat.    Can you tell he thought he was pretty cool??

 Dahl got got a bad blister on his heal.  It went from a scab to THIS overnight.  I could not believe how bad it got so fast.  He is now on antibiotics.  

We have had some rain here in So Cal, so I can finally bust out my warm clothes and not feel too ridiculous.  It was mostly to keep my head dry, so my hair didn't get overly HUGE.  I'll take any chance I get.  I love winter clothes.
