The kids are on Spring Break this week, so yesterday we met up with the Saunders and went to
The Getty. This place is amazing and beautiful. It is HUGE, and all the buildings are made out of Travertine. We couldn't get over how big and gorgeous this place was. Apparently it took 13 years to build. If you are ever in the LA area you have got to check it out. They do have a center for kids, but it was still a little tricky with a bunch of little ones. 99% of the stuff they CANNOT touch. So it was a full time job keeping them all
{minus Audrey, she listens} from wanting to climb and touch everything. I would love to go back someday, with just Aaron, and really check out all the art.

Audrey. On our way down to the garden
This was a really cool water feature. You can't really tell from the picture, but water was dripping down the whole thing.
I loved these roses in the bars. Very cool.

The garden. Beautiful

The boys and I. Aaron had to leave early to go to school. He only saw a little bit. Bummer. There are probably twice as many buildings than what you see. I'm telling you, it's huge.

I kept trying to get a picture with Ty, and he just kept making this face.

Loved the flowers
We need to go back in a month or so when all the trees, and the rest of the flowers have bloomed. After our morning at The Getty we ate some lunch, and then we went to Diddy Riese for some yummy ice cream sandwiches.
