About every 4-5 years years I decide to do something a little dramatic to my hair. I go SUPER dark. The last time I did this was when we lived in Provo when Dahl was 1years old. So it has been about 5 years. It is fun to change it up for awhile, but then I start missing my blonde. So I slowly get back to blonde over the course of about a year or so. Blonde is so difficult to maintain, and it is so expensive, so I end up with really bad roots all the time. This time I put a little more red in it!!

It's way pretty Stacey! I love my hair better blonde too but when I finally went dark and didn't have to worry about the roots anymore, I never went back! Maybe one day I will, but for right now I love not having to dye my hair at all. We're going to be seeing you guys soon, right? I've heard people talking about it. :)

I had NO idea you could pull off dark! You look great...I love it. Makes me want to go all dark (with some red) too. GORGEOUS!
