Leaky - Part 2

 If you remember a while back I posted about our leaky roof situation (find that post here).  Well, we FINALLY had the roof and deck guys come by a couple weeks ago to rip out the section that was leaking so they could fix it.  They ripped it out, but never came back to finish it. So now it is just a big open hole.  Well the rain started last night and we woke up to a flooded kitchen.  Because they had "started" the repairs but hadn't finished them, it has made the whole situation that much worse.  We have a few new leaks, and they are leaking fast than ever.  And to top it off, the water that was on the floor  has warped some of the floor boards.  Like I said in my last post, I am SO glad we don't own this place.  They will have to deal with all the rotten drywall, and damaged floor boards, not us.  Although, it is super frustrating.

It is hard to tell from this picture, but there is a LOT more water than it looks.  It is all the way onto the tile floor into the kitchen as well.
