Friday night Carter came up for a sleepover!! This is the first time the boys have had a "real" sleepover, and I think they had a GREAT time.
First we went to the park...

It was pretty warm out, so we went and got slurpees, yummm
When we got home it was time for dinner. Nothing is better than breakfast for dinner. So we stuffed ourselves on waffles with strawberries and whip cream, bacon, eggs and OJ.
What is a sleepover without eating more junk??? (sorry Dave and Lisa) we made worms in dirt for dessert!!
They enjoyed their yummy dessert while watching, How to Train Your Dragon. Ty seems to be enjoying his worms in dirt. I think when I was a kid I used to close my eyes when I took bites. Too cute.
After the movie it was bed time. They talked for awhile and past out by 9:30. They must have played hard because 9:30 is pretty early for a sleepover!! Come again Carter, it was fun.
P.S. My sister-in-law Sandra introduced me to this wonderful laminated fabric. I have been wanting to recover my chairs FOREVER. They are in really bad shape. It has gotten to the point where I am embarrassed when people come over and sit on them. The rest of my house will be nice and clean and these chairs just stare at me all dirty. (I won't take all the blame for how dirty they are. They are hand-me-down chairs a few times over) Aaron went to the USC game last night, so I had an evening to myself to get started. I have finished 2 of the 6 chairs. They are turning out fabulous!! I am so excited. I still need to paint the table and chairs black, so they aren't completely done. Here is a sneak peek at how they are turning out.

That Damask fabric is so so so cute. I think its called damask. whatevs. the DIRT DESSERTS look delish. I love all the pictures. miss you.
I LOVE your chair makeovers! We recovered our fabric chairs with vinyl like that and it was SO much better. Seriously - who thought of having fabric on dining room chairs? Not a good idea.
