One thing I love about my parents house is that there is ALWAYS wildlife around. You often see deer and moose, and sometimes you get the odd animal like a porcupine, fox or even a coyote. This was yesterday morning in the backyard. I took this picture through the window. There were four deer wandering around. Can you spot the one hiding in the trees?? Dahl and Ty are convinced that Grandpa owns his own reindeer. But there not magic like Santa's.

It makes the cold weather bearable then eh? All the wildlife you want to see from the comfort of a heated home! But those Canadian deer are TOTALLY related to Santa's magical reindeer. Didn't anyone ever tell you that Santa uses Canadian reindeer?! Soooo true!!

Spencer told me that he knows for sure that Blitzen has only 1 antler, so he is convinced that this reindeer is Blitzen , who is just finding out where Ty and Dahl are so they are not missed at Christmas .,. So cute!!! Grandma Wendy
