So we took Dahl and Ty to get some immunization shots the other day. This is USUALLY a sad day, but both boys did really good. Ty cried pretty hard for about 1 minute and then was totally fine. For the next two days he was a little sad but he never got sick or anything, so that was good. Now Dahl on the other hand was a different story. I have never heard of a child that liked getting shots. So he got one shot in his arm. (first time in his arm, they have always been in his leg.) As he was getting the shot all he said was a soft little "ouch." Then after he told Aaron and I that it was fun and he liked getting the medicine. He also loved the band-aid. He wore it for a day and a half and then it was time for a bath so it didn't last much longer. I hope he is always this excited about getting shots.

Aden freaks if we even mention the word shots to him. I'm thinking we'll go in and do his kindergarden shots even though he isn't going until 2009. I guess you can get them early. Anyway, our insurance may be changing so we'll see. Why did Dahl have to get shots?
who likes shots? ouch! that is pretty cute of Dahl though! I hate to hear the little ones cry. and they probably think we are the mean ones. :(
that's hilarious! i can't believe he LIKED getting them! wow! oh and i have to say... he looks SOOOOO much like you stace!
