Christmas, Birthdays, New Years & Home Again!!

OK I am back in blogging action. It has been a while. Well to start things off, we went up to Calgary for 2 weeks over the Christmas Holidays. It was so nice to see everyone. Unfortunately a lot of family was out of town or sick so we didn't see everyone, or enough of some people. Any ways we still had a great time. I am only able to post 4 pictures at a time so there are many posts that go along with this entry. You can scroll down to see all the pictures.

So Christmas Eve Chuck and Sandra came over with the kids and we ate tons of food and played games and had a lot of good laughs. All the kids would take turns standing on the fire place and tell stories or jokes. It was pretty funny. That night we left some milk and cookies for Santa and some carrots for the reindeer. Then sent Dahl to bed so Santa could come.

Christmas Morning Dahl was in complete AWWWWWW that Santa really came. He just stared at the empty plate of cookies and said "Santa really did come."" It was so funny. He then eagerly opened all of his presents which consisted of tons of Ninja Turtle toys, and a BYU soccer ball. That is ALL he wanted, so that's what "SANTA" brought him.

Since Dahl's Birthday is on Christmas we decided to have his party a couple days later to keep it separate. Mom was super sick so Sandra let us have the part at her house. Thanks again!! Only about half of the cousins were able to make it due to illness or vacation so it was a small fun party. We ate pizza, opened presents, than instead of a cake I bought CRAVE Cupcakes. The Best ever!!!! I can't believe Dahl is 3 years old. His is growing up way to fast. He went to Sunbeams on Sunday and had a great time. Although when I picked him up he said "there are a lot of kids.....some have to go." I laughed my head off. it was so funny.

We got some more great news when we were up in Canada. Aaron got accepted to another Dental School. The University of Boston!!!! Yahoo. So now we have been accepted to Pittsburgh and Boston. Now we have to make the difficult choice in where to go.......That will be for a different post.
For New Years Eve we went out to the Cabin with Jess, Cj, Eli & dad. We went there to escape the sickness in Calgary. Mom & Nena's family we all sick, and Chuck's family were in Lethbridge. It was nice to just get away a do nothing for a couple of days.

Now were are back in Provo, and Aaron has started his final semester at BYU. This will actually be his easiest semester so far, which is nice because it won't be as stressful as some past semesters. Ty has had a BIG week!!! He has overcome 2 milestones. He finally got his 2 bottom teeth (which have been bugging him for weeks) and he can now sit up!!! Still a little wobbly but he is doing great!

See the teeth???

My little sitter

So smiley

His is his turtle face he does when he doesn't want any more food.

Congrats on getting accepted to Boston. That would be a cool place to live. Too bad we missed you guys up here in Calgary. So Aaron's done in April, then when does he start dental school? We'll have to see you guys some time before then.

Wow, I can't believe how much Ty has changed. Look at those blue eyes! The kids look so cute! Dave said Ty doesn't stop smiling. I'm so sad we missed you guys this visit. Hopefully we will be able to make it to Utah in February. Sounds like your trip was good. Keep the posts coming! Happy New Year and give the boys a big hug from Audrey and Carter!
