Fun Times

Well I know I haven't posted anything that interesting in awhile. So here are a few stories to tell from yesterday. Ok here is the first story...
We were eating dinner (pork chops) and Dahl kept standing on his booster seat. We kept telling him he was going to fall and that he needed to sit down. Any ways of course he decided to stand one last time and he totally baled over the edge of the chair right onto his head. Aaron and I both rushed over to help him out. He was crying so hard and he also had a big chunk of pork chop in his mouth. Aaron kept telling Dahl to spit it out, but he wouldn't and then the worst happened...he started choking. AHHHHHHHH what do we do. He probably only choked for about 5 seconds, but it was so scary. He had a big bump on his head and he couldn't breath. I felt so bad. Anyways about 1 minute later he was totally fine and back to his happy self.
Ok here is story number two...
We have this flash light that Dahl loves to play with, so last night he was playing with it as usual and went to find Aaron. (Aaron was in the bedroom) All of the sudden I heard Aaron yell out in pain. I rushed in and Aaron is holding his head, and Dahl had a really sad, guilty look on his face. Dahl had thrown the flashlight and it hit Aaron right in the eyebrow. So Dahl got sent for a timeout, and Aaron and I tried to stop the bleeding. The flashlight cut his eyebrow open. It seemed a lot worse than it actually was. It wouldn't stop bleeding for ever. We thought he might need to go get a stitch. Well when it finally stoped and we could see the damage, it was a tiny little cut. Man do head wounds bleed a lot. Anyways Dahl and Aaron both recovered from the fun Sunday evening events.
I am looking out side right now and it looks sunny and warm, I think Dahl and I will go for a walk. Later.

Those ARE sad stories! I'm glad they both have best case scenario endings!... considering...
Brylie has a flashlight that she liks to play with too! The other day i was standing at the bottom of the stairs in my basement. (cement floor) and Brylie threw her flashlight right on my TOE! ouch. What is with these kids and throwing flashlights?!?!? Maybe it's a december baby thing!

You look great by the way! Take care

That is so scary when kids are choking, I've had my share of times with Abby already. Glad that both Dahl and Aaron are okay though, talk to you soon!!
