Softball

So Aaron and I are now on a coed softball team with a bunch of his cousins and their spouses, and 2 nights ago we had our first game. We didn't have enough girls compared to guys so Aaron didn't play. He was the babysitter for the night. Well the last thing I expected in Provo, Utah was to be playing a team full of lesbians. You have to have a certain amount of women on each team, and you would think that the men would be the better players. Not in this case. These men, I mean women, were so butch and it was obvious that softball was their LIFE. After the first 2 innings we thought we were going to get beat 100 to 1. We were playing horrible, and of course the lesbians were hitting them out of the park. (I'm not just saying they are lesbian because they ALL had short spiky hair and unbelievable softball skills. They really were lesbians, one "couple" had matching tattoos on thier calves.) We eventually got our game together and came back, and only ended up loosing by 1 point. The final score was 10-9. I think we play them again, so next time we will be ready for them. It was a lot of fun, but unfortunately we will miss a couple of games because we will be out of town.
