Leaky Pipe

Yesterday afternoon when I was about to take Aaron to school, Aaron yelled from the garage "Stacey we have a problem." I came running down the stairs to see that our garage was flooded with water. One of our pipes is broken and spraying everywhere. So Aaron quickly turned the water off to stop it. I had to take Aaron to school, then come back to deal with our leaky pipe. I called our home warranty company to place a claim (we just renewed our home warranty about 2 weeks ago, good thing) and they gave me the name of the plumbing company that will be helping us. So I called the plumber to ask when they will be here to fix our problem. The lady said that if they get the fax from the home warranty before 6:00pm than they would be able to come to our house in the morning. If they get the fax after 6:00pm then they won't be able to come until next Tuesday...............WHAT!!!!!!! It was 4:30pm when I was talking to her. Anyways, about 10 minutes later the girl called me back and said they got the fax, so the plumber could be at our house between 12:00 - 2:00 tomorrow. Good thing because I don't think we could go 5 days with NO water.

Well tomorrow is here and it is 12:10, and I really hope the plumber shows up soon. We have had no water for almost 24 hours. It sucks so bad. We have been boiling ice cubes so we can brush our teeth, wash our faces and flush the toilets. We also had a few bottles of water from the 72 hours kit mom and dad brought us a couple of weeks ago. Thanks mom and dad, that saved us from thirst.

Justine needed a second look to see what was in the pot. Hey we can relate not to the water but the bad luck. Our blue car went up in flames on Ross' birthday at 4:oo am and the week just went downhill from there. Anyways, love reading the blog. Congrats on all the accomplishments. Way to go on the running Stacy! I would have been throwing up in the bushes a mile in. And I love the idea of printing of the blogs and making a journal. Kind of killing two birds with one stone. Aaron, your creations really inspire me and I want to come and take that class.Hope to see you in August when you come to Canada. Love ya, miss ya!
